Janell joined the MDVC team in the fall of 2020, knowing she wanted to move closer to family and Lake Michigan. Previously, she practiced at a small animal clinic in Central Minnesota where she opened a holistic veterinary hospital. Later, she combined these two methods of medicine and joined a referral clinic in Northern Minnesota. When not practicing medicine, her hobbies include exploring in nature with her dog Mr. Brown, kayaking, playing flute, going to festivals, gardening, and being a lap for her cats.
